The paper sample vacuum dryer is used to cut pulp into a size not greater than φ 200 paper samples are subjected to vacuum heating and drying, which is used to evaluate the performance of pulp and develop refining process specifications. It can also be used for vacuum drying of other similar samples. This machine adopts vacuum heating and drying, with high vacuum degree and fast drying speed; In intermittent use, circulating water cooling may not be used; The heating element adopts an integrated heating plate; Long lifespan and easy replacement;; The vacuum pump has a high vacuum degree and a large pumping capacity; The temperature control system adopts intelligent PID control and has short circuit, broken wire, and over temperature alarm functions, with high measurement and control accuracy, safety and reliability; The vacuum system adopts electromagnetic control. This device generates a pressing pressure of approximately 0.1MPa on the paper sample during the vacuum drying process. If pressing is not required, it can be replaced with a vacuum drying component without pressing.
