Product Introduction:

The PFI pulp mill (also known as the kneading machine or vertical beating machine) is used in pulp and paper experiments to provide standard quantitative samples for the determination of pulp kneading degree, pulp sample moisture, pulp concentration, wet dissociation degree, and free degree. The measured pulp with a specified concentration is placed between the knife roller and a smooth beating cylinder, and the knife roller and beating cylinder rotate at different circular speeds. This acts on the pulp to achieve the purpose of beating. Complies with the experimental standards specified in ISO 5264/2-1979 "Laboratory beating of pulp - Part 2: PFI grinding method" and ISO 5264/2 and TAPPIT248.
