The frequency modulation vibration type rinsing machine uses a speed regulation reducer to drive the cam through a connecting shaft, which vibrates the bottom plate up and down, causing high-frequency vibration of the slurry. The vacuum generated accelerates the washing and filtering speed. Due to high-frequency vibration, the slurry becomes loose. In order to speed up the rinsing speed, a 2Kw heater is installed on the rinsing machine. The speed range of the speed regulating motor is 0-1000 revolutions per minute, and the vibration frequency of the cam is 0-3000 times per minute. Therefore, the vibration frequency of the slurry screening machine is high, and the slurry is evenly dispersed.
